How to book:
Please book directly on our website www.4Limoni.com and a deposit of 25% of rental price is required to confirm your reservation, this can be be paid by CREDIT CARD or Bank Transfer. Full payment is required on arrival (by credit card or cash) and your keys will be provided at this stage
Apartment Rates are inclusive of:
final cleaning service on departure, air conditioning (A/C working only from the 15th of june until the 15th of September included) and heating, bed linen and bath towels (change x week or upon request with a supplement) TV LCD 32" interactive satellite TV; safe; hair dryer; storage space for Mountain-Bike or Surf Board
Linen:
Change of Bed Linen: € 10,00 per person
Change of Bath Linen: € 10,00 per person
Not included services (on request)
Daily cleaning (kitchen excluded): € 35,00 per day
Daily cleaning (kitchen included): € 55,00 per day
Private Indoor Garage - on request @ 5,00 euro x day
ADDITIONAL BED Euro 20,00 per day
Smoking prohibited:
Smoking in the apartments and in the common areas is not allowed
Children under 2 yrs old are at no charge – baby cot available on request @ 10,00 euro x day – highchair on request @ euro 3,00 x day
Pets are NOT allowed
Internet:
Internet cable connection ADSL @ 5,00 euro x day directly in the apartment
Laundry room and Ironing facilities:
a Laundry room + ironing facilities are available with use of coins @ 5,00 euro (washing-machine) and @ 1,00 euro (iron)
Mountain bike:
It is forbidden to bring your Mountain-bike into the apartment and the pool area/garden, alternative storage is available downstairs in the garage area (included)
Arrival:
Your apartment will be available on the first day between 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm (to arrange a specific time pls call us the morning of arrival with your arrival time on +39 320 2503620 (Annalisa) or +39 328 0619040 (Dario) – on arrival we kindly ask you a for a key security deposit euro 100,00 to be paid in cash and this will be refunded to you in cash on check out assuming the apartment is left in the condition your found it.
Magnetic Card - opening the apartment door and gates (on arrival we will give you 1 or 2 cards each Apartment): All the apartments have got an electronic Door-open with magnetic card. Please do not loose the card, each lost card will be charged at € 10,00 on your departure day.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment on your check-out day no later than 9:30 am – late check outs will be charged at the appropriate full daily rate.
On departure day we have to ask you to leave the apartment in adequate condition, with cleaned kitchen and garbage removed.
Otherwise we will have to keep your deposit of €100,00.
TO CHECK-OUT DURING TIMES WHEN THE FRONT DESK IS CLOSED, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED WITH A BANK TRANSFER.

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:
If you cancel your holiday the lead name on the booking must advise us in writing by eMail – you will receive a cancellation reference which must be kept. Email: info@4limoni.com.Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
If you cancel you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges set out in the table below.
29 DAYS OR MORE \ 25% of rental price
28-16 DAYS \ 50% of rental price
15-00 DAYS \ 100% of rental price.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, AND AS STATED BY THE LAW, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT.
IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED 15 DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE, THE ENTIRE AMOUNT MUST BE PAID. THE RESERVATION IS BINDING AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE BEFORE SUPPOSED DEPARTURE DAY.
